LEGO gets custom merchandising for the holidays

Frank Mayer and Associates announced that it has created two new LEGO merchandising pieces for the holiday gift season.

The LEGO Star Wars model case contains a built-in motion detector that will light the LEDs inside the top of the container. Shoppers press a special red button, activating the Darth Vader figure. Darth Vader's head turns. One of his arms that is holding a light saber moves through two movements before stopping. Clear PETG covering protects the Darth Vader LEGO figure, while still providing an optimum viewing experience.

Frank Mayer and Associates also created and produced a graphic kit specifically for the Toys ‘R Us Mobile Cart. Merchants use the kit to create a LEGO-branded, shopper-friendly Birthday Center. Sturdy metal panels with J-channels hold graphics, which can be easily changed and updated for other themed promotions throughout the year.The Birthday Center kit also includes Birthday Party Planner tear-off pads that shoppers can use to plan their own birthday parties using the suggested LEGO products.
