Video: Simbioz gesture-recognition digital signage at CETW

Simbioz and its "touchless interactivity" tech were among the highlights at this year's Customer Engagement Technology World (CETW), with onlookers streaming by to watch demos of the gesture-recognizing digital signage display.

Simbioz vice president of sales and marketing Etienne Carrier showed off his company's product for DigitalSignageToday.com, in a demonstration that could leave some watchers a little thirsty.

    Amazing technology.. unfortunate it is only available outside the US at this point.

    I've seen their technology in action in a few places in Montreal (huge interactive screen at Tohu (school for Cirque du Soleil?), at McCord Museum (my kids enjoyed it!), and at the beautiful new SAQ (liquor store) on Beaubien E. st.
    Very eye-catching: it is as impressive to watch someone interact with it as to use it.
