According to BusinessWire.com, PeopleAnswers has announced a software licensing agreement with RadioShack Corp. The agreement will expand RadioShack’s use of PeopleAnswers’ talent assessment software in nearly 5,800 company-operated stores, kiosks and corporate offices in the United States and Puerto Rico.
RadioShack will use PeopleAnswers to screen, review and hire job candidates for all positions including sales associates, store and district managers and corporate positions. Managers will also use PeopleAnswers for interview content.

Performance profiles help match job candidates with the position that best fits with their existing traits and qualifications, allowing managers to focus on store operations rather than hiring.
