Christopher & Banks launches multichannel loyalty program

Christopher & Banks Corp., a specialty retailer of women's clothing, announced in a news release the launch of its Friendship Rewards loyalty program across the company's entire business of 800-plus retail locations and two e-commerce sites.

"Friendship Rewards allows us to offer a more valuable shopping experience for our customers, or better known to us as our 'friends,'" said Lorna Nagler, president and CEO. "We have always had a strong, dedicated following of customers and this program was specifically designed to recognize and reward them for their loyalty."

Christopher & Banks and CJ Banks offer exclusively designed collections that are classic, casual and comfortable. This new program continues to deliver on the company's strategy of "Celebrating Women of all Sizes."

"Friendship Rewards is a point-based program that offers our friends meaningful rewards on purchases across all channels," said Etienne McManus-White, vice president of marketing for Christopher & Banks. "In addition, our friends will be rewarded with invitations to exclusive sales and events."

Beginning in May 2010, Friendship Reward members will also receive complimentary shipping on all of their online purchases.
