A few other retailers already offer it — Best Buy and Borders, to name two — but as CompUSA struggles to make a comeback with new parent company Systemax, Web access is part of a strategy internal officials call Retail 2.0. Every computer in every store will provide Internet access on every computer screen so customers can comparison shop, check product specs and availability, even log on to their social networks.
