MarketLive, providers of e-commerce technology for high-growth merchants, has announced that Chicago's The RoomPlace has re-launched its e-commerce website on MarketLive's Intelligent Commerce technology platform.
Specific requirements for the new site include:
- Respond immediately to product trends using a central admin system that controls all merchandising pages and promotions, allowing website changes to be implemented in seconds;
- Reinvigorate the site with features such as furniture bundles and buyer protection plans;
- Optimize the e-commerce site for natural-language search; and
- Maintain and manage a flexible website using in-house staff.
