Most every shopper dreams of being treated like an A-lister, even when he isn't shopping in the luxury segment. Some savvy retailers are using shopper perks to cater to that Fantasy Island-like dream and draw in those pampering-hungry consumers. For example, Rosie Pope Maternity in New York City offers free round-trip limo rides to its Manhattan customers and Coldwater Creek offers personal shoppers to its mall-store customers. At the customer's request, the personal shopper will stay with her from arrival through checkout. The best part for customers? Not having to get dressed to hunt for a different size.
