DAVACO, provider of retail services, announced the availability of ClearThread, its proprietary technology package designed to give clients greater visibility into the execution and management of high-volume programs, including rollouts, resets, retrofits and remodels. ClearThread offers clients additional insight to updates being made in their stores via a customized portal which provides specialized reporting capabilities and data collection from the field via handheld devices.
According to a press release, the ClearThread name "represents the transparency that is provided to clients on programs at the store level and the threading or collection of data that is available from each store location."
ClearThread features a secure, online portal that centralizes information related to one or more ongoing programs. Clients can easily track project progress, view digital photographs, check compliance of merchandise and/or fixtures and graphics, review inventory status, obtain survey data, post announcements, review discussion boards, secure project sign-offs and any other information that would be needed at the store level.
