We're not leading behind our past. We're leveraging our past to create our future. For example, the ATM, point of sale, self-checkout will continue to be not only viable but extremely important solutions for NCR to offer and be the world-wide innovation leader in. However, the consumer has chosen a multi-channel interface with business. Our vision is to lead how the world connects, interacts and transacts with business. In today's world, the digital native, and those digital immigrants like myself, who have gotten accustomed to a multi-channel world, need a different type of interface with business. So, for us, as we move into these other channels, it's about really making sure that we're on the forefront of what consumers and our customers need. |
