Progressive Grocer: CVS/pharmacy last week launched a new e-gift card program that offers its customers the convenience of purchasing personalized gift cards online that can be sent via-email and redeemed at any CVS store.

The drug chain is using Portland, Maine-based CashStar's e-gifting and incentives platform that includes extensive personalization and promotion capabilities.
