LAS VEGAS — SoundTube Entertainment, manufacturer of high-performance commercial sound systems, has announced several enhancements to its FP Series of focused-point loudspeakers.
Designed to deliver targeted sound within a specific space, FP Series speakers are suspended above the desired listening spot and utilize a dome to direct all audio downward to the listener. Features announced at GlobalShop further enhance the FP Series speakers' usefulness in creating customized visitor experiences by offering motion sensor activation, integral LED light, audio amplification and ScentAir options.
The motion sensor (FP-Motion) option provides an instant on and adjustable timed-delay off; it also provides outputs to trigger external devices as well as audio when motion is detected underneath the loudspeaker dome.
The 25-watt-per-channel digital stereo amplifier option (FP-Amp) is easy to use and can be easily controlled. The light option (FP-Light) delivers a natural warm LED light which can be used in conjunction with the motion sensor and amplifier options. Light intensity can be controlled by the user.
The ScentAir option includes the FP-Motion sensor; with this option the FP speaker dome is plumbed for use with a ScentAir scent unit. This option provides targeted scents to further enhance the user experience.
