Kiosk maker gets green thumbs-up

GRAFTON, Wis. — Frank Mayer & Associates has completed the Restriction of Hazardous Substances compliance program.

RoHS places standards on electronic goods produced for markets in Europe, various countries and California. Recently, the green initiative has been applied to collateral displays and electronic, self-service kiosks.

By completing the measures required for compliance, FMA has the system in place to design, engineer and produce displays or kiosks to be RoHS-compliant upon client request.

"FMA's mission is to meet and exceed client need," said Ed Abell, senior vice-president of Creative Operations at FMA. "Becoming RoHS Compliant was done in anticipation to meet the expanding green initiatives of our clients, our marketplace and our world."
