This next-generation, incredibly small, music playback device is designed for use in retail locations and delivers a "targeted radio channel" incorporating fully licensed major and independent label artists that fit the tailored sound of a company as programmed by the music experts at DMI Networks.

The soundDNA player also offers retailers a unique advertising revenue sharing program that turns any in-store music program into a revenue-producing service while allowing advertisers to streamline media buys. For example, a record label could choose to coordinate a media buy that would specifically target fast food restaurants located adjacent to college campuses, or a beverage company could advertise special offers on a soda brand within a particular chain of grocery stores or more specifically, a specific market within that grocery store chain.
All audio content is saved exclusively to flash memory, without relying upon failure-prone CD-ROMs or hard drives. Clients report a failure rate five times less than the average for competing devices offered by other companies.
The device's Internet connection automatically downloads nightly server updates, requiring no action from store employees and without bogging down system resources otherwise needed during regular store hours. The solution is fully compliant with international music licensing requirements and can be synced and deployed at retail locations across the globe. soundDNA's Content Management System provides customers direct access to current playlists and messages anytime through a proprietary Web interface.
