U.K. ATM initiative 'making strong progress'

London Stock Exchange: An initiative to increase free access to ATMs in the United Kingdom for people with low incomes has achieved "substantial progress," says the economic secretary. Over the last year, the initiative has led to the placement of 337 free access ATMs in low-income areas.
