MarketLive launches new partner program MarketLive Connect

Commerce platform MarketLive has announced MarketLive Connect, a partner network of technology providers who contribute a wide range of commerce solutions to extend the capabilities of MarketLive’s core platform. Examples of technology extensions include retargeting to improve conversion, social commerce integrations to expand marketshare and drive customer loyalty, and payment solutions to lower barriers to closing sales online.

According to the company, MarketLive Connect is unique due to its multi-dimensional approach to partnership. There are two dimensions of partners included in MarketLive Connect. The first includes those partners with whom MarketLive deeply integrates, including their technology functionality as a part of the MarketLive platform. In these situations, MarketLive owns the integration and the overall implementation of combined solution. The customer has one point of contact, one project to manage and streamlined, effective combined solution to rapidly drive ROI.

The second dimension of partner in MarketLive Connect includes a wider ecosystem of commerce solution providers who can rapidly integrate with MarketLive through the platform's Real-Time Integration Services. These providers include best of breed partners in targeted areas to give MarketLive customers the ability to rapidly extend MarketLive’s Total Commerce platform with specific commerce capabilities they may need, while still ensuring a high quality end result. Because of the unrivaled flexibility of this program, merchants can choose the solution that best suits their situation and unique needs. They can work with MarketLive as their one provider, but still benefit from the extended functionality provided by deeply integrated solutions; or they can choose the additional functionality providers they wish and rapidly integrate them with the MarketLive platform. No other commerce platform provides this multi-dimensional approach.
