Retail technology company Natural Insight announced its iPad-based in-store task management platform was successfully deployed at dELiA*s' more than 100 store locations.
The Natural Insight solution allows centralized oversight of in-store retail execution activity and speeds numerous in-store work processes. An announcement from the company said that implementing the platform enables human resources personnel to survey and provide essential employee communication; new employees to access product information and training; and management to access a dashboard view of the status of all in-store retail execution activity, including photo verification.
Shelley Sadofsky, dELiA*s director of retail communications, said that "rarely do we see a turnkey multi-store technology solution deployed so rapidly."
