John Deere has leveraged the technology investment they made in a very sophisticated company website and offered greater value to their retail customers at the same time. The John Deere Live Kiosk, helps the customer select the right product for their needs and allows them to apply for instant credit through the Kiosk. In addition, the Kiosk offers the dealer an expanded virtual inventory through a special online ordering system. This virtual sales assistant supports the consumer's ultimate John Deere buying experience.
