Symon developed the SDA to maximize the efficiency and flexibility of delivering broadcast and digital signage, while reducing complexity, and minimizing the Total Cost of Ownership as a result. Multiple display systems can be controlled and monitored from this central location. They support both high-definition (HD) and standard-definition (SD) content. To optimize network bandwidth utilization, each SDA has a capacious hard drive for local cached storage of video and messages that exist in a scheduled playback rotation.
