Using YouTube for retail promotions

Online retailer Kim & Jason's Lemonade Stand made brilliant use of the viral power of YouTube with its Feeling Lucky promotion. Over the course of a month, every person that placed an order got their name thrown into a hat (literally) for the weekly drawing. The prize is a gift card equal to the amount spent – and the drawing each week was done live on YouTube.
