The most successful retailers are realizing that their biggest competitive advantage against online retailers is the experience they provide in their physical stores. However, while today’s consumer is more digitally savvy than ever demanding greater in-store expertise and better service, many store associates lack the knowledge and tools to be able to meet the expectations of these customers. Putting the right mobile technology in the hands of sales associates can empower them to better serve customers, transforming the store experience.
Tulip Retail believes store associates are retailers’ most valuable asset and has worked with leading brands to empower their sales associates with mobile technology, enabling them to sell and serve customers more effectively, driving store sales growth and strong ROI.
In this webinar you’ll learn:
  • How retailers can turn store associates into beacons of knowledge, trusted advisors, and brand ambassadors
  • How to transform and elevate the store experience by empowering store associates with mobile technology
  • Case studies from Tulip customers, some of the top brands in retail
