1-800-Flowers.com hiring on staff for seasonal needs

Floral and gift retailer 1-800-Flowers.com plans to hire more than 8,000 seasonal as well as year-round store associates nationwide to meet the upcoming holiday season demand.
The majority of available roles are in Illinois, Ohio and Oregon, in areas including production, gift assembly, distribution and operational support. Remote contact center positions are also available, according to a press release.
"Our seasonal associates have been instrumental in helping us deliver smiles each holiday season, and we look forward to welcoming thousands of new team members over the coming weeks and months," Faeth Bradley, chief human resources officer, said in the release. "In addition to these valuable seasonal roles, we have many exciting opportunities available for talented individuals looking to work in an innovative, collaborative and inclusive environment year-round — as more consumers look to our family of brands for their everyday gifting needs."
