Amazon, Apple lead top loyalty list

When it comes to loyalty, some big names lead the top 20 list for 2021, with e-commerce giant Amazon leading the way, according to the 2021 annual Loyalty Leaders List released by Brand Keys, and Apple landing in the top five.

Also in the top 20 are Nike, Home Depot and Trader Joe's, according to a press release on the list rankings.

The survey included 1,260 brands in 112 categories. New names this year in the top 100 include Levi Strauss, Walmart.com and lululemon.
