Amazon expanding van delivery strategy

Amazon’s three-month-old van delivery service is growing by 20,000 more vans to be built at a South Carolina facility.

The service is the latest strategy by the omnichannel mega retailer to give customers as many delivery options as possible. "Tens of thousands" have applied to be an Amazon van contractor, according to a AP report published in Newsday.
