The annual Amazon Prime Day may take place in June this year though the e-commerce giant has not confirmed or announced a specific date.
The one fact Amazon has confirmed is that the deals extravaganza event will happen in the second quarter, according to a CNBC report.
The two-day sales event has traditionally taken place in July and the proposed new timeframe was mentioned during Amazon's earnings call late last week.
Last year, due to the pandemic, Amazon pushed the July event to October, kicking off a super early holiday shopping season.
