BJ’s rolls out membership delivery service upgrade

BJ's Wholesale Club members now have a delivery service option, called Same-Day Select, which is an add-on to the wholesaler's same-day delivery service.
The Select service is an upgrade option that allows members to pay a one-time fee upfront for either unlimited or a set number of same-day grocery deliveries for orders off its website or app, according to a press release. The multipack, of 12 deliveries for a year, costs $55, and the unlimited delivery for one year will cost $100.
The chainwide launch follows successful testing over the last six months.
"We know convenience and value are key to our members, and with BJ's same-day delivery, our members can have all the great value they expect from the club delivered right to their front door," Monica Schwartz, EVP and chief digital officer, BJ's Wholesale Club, said in the release. "We are excited to expand on our service by offering our members both a package or an unlimited option for deliveries to make the convenience and savings easier than ever."
