Brookshire Brothers, an employee-owned regional grocery chain based in Texas, is deploying customer intelligence and engagement technology from Birdzi to deliver a personalized shopping experience and more meaningful promotions to shoppers.
The chain, which operates seven retail brands from contemporary grocery stores and convenience-supermarket hybrids to traditional convenience stores, will implement Birdzi's Visper solution to deliver personalized digital coupons and ad flyers, according to a press release.
