Casey's General Stores Inc., a Midwest-based chain of 2,300 conveniece stores, is deploying Momentive's technology to measure employee feedback, gauge product awareness, gain a deeper understanding of consumer behavior and direction on product launches.
Casey's deployed Momentive to test different types of bacon in its breakfast sandwiches, discovering a clear customer preference which prompted Casey's to not only reformulate its breakfast sandwiches, but also update marketing to increase awareness of its sandwich offerings, according to a press release. Casey's also used Momentive to test different coffee machine designs, using the feedback to update the coffee machines in every store, according to the release.
