Eighty-six percent, of U.S. adults want to go to a physical grocery store now that COVID-19 pandemic fears are subsiding and 54% want to eat inside a restaurant.
Those are two top findings from a SurveyMonkey study that polled 1,000 citizens about consumer activity as the pandemic ebbs.
Just 7% want to order and pickup groceries and 7% want to have grocery orders delivered, according to a press release on the findings.
When asked which delivery brands are used, DoorDash and UberEats were the top two cited, 17% and 13%, respectively.
In terms of in-store ordering, 74% would opt to interact with a server compared to using a self-serve QR code.
