Denim brand extends Tulip partnership for customer engagement strategy

Denim brand 7 For All Mankind is extending its partnership with Tulip, a cloud-based customer engagement platform provider, in its goals to deliver exceptional client experiences via omnichannel strategies.

The brand, a division of Delta Galil Premium Brands, has teamed with Tulip since 2020 to enhance customer connections and personalize consumer communication, according to a press release.

"We've witnessed a remarkable shift in both client engagement and in-store traffic since integrating Tulip's solutions, which powerfully aligns with our ethos of customer-centricity," Lauren Walters, senior retail operations manager, Delta Galil Premium Brands, said in the release. "This ongoing partnership opens doors to more personalized experiences that are driven by data and meet the expectations of our premium brand customers."
