Fabletics deploys Salesfloor to drive customer satisfaction

In a quest to meet customers where and when they want to shop activewear brand Fabletics is deploying the Salesfloor customer engagement platform.

The solution combines immersive virtual shopping, conversational AI and clienteling, according to a press release.

The platform will empower Fabletics associates to personalize the customer experiences, both in-store and online, by creating connected conversations across channels. It also allows Fabletics to deliver expert sizing, style advice and stock availability across all channels from their favorite store associates.
