Fashion retailer teams with Opterus to boost worker morale,staff retention

In an effort to increase employee satisfaction as well as staff retention, fashion retailer Madrag has deployed the Opterus social collaboration app called Holler.

Madrag, a privately-owned retailer, has improved store communication between corporate headquarters, store managers and front-line staff across its 100 locations, according to a press release.

Prior to deployment Madrag relied on email for employee communication and management. Holler is a social collaboration app built for retail organizations.

"To attract and retain employees in this volatile retail market, companies have the obligation to encourage comradery and teamwork at all levels," Tina Adosci, senior manager, operations, Madrag, said in the release. "Here at Madrag, we all work together, no matter someone's title or level. We've found working with Opterus to be a win-win: using Holler has helped us boost morale and create a bond between our team members, which also helps retain staff."
