Five Below taps Kristy Chipman as CFO, treasurer

Kristy Chipman has been name chief financial officer and treasurer at Five Below inc., a apparel and accessories brand aimed at the tween and older consumer.

Chipman will lead the company's finance and accounting organization, overseeing SEC reporting and financial operations, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, internal audit, enterprise risk management, tax and treasury, and serve as the company's principal financial officer and principal accounting officer. She succeeds Ken Bull, who has assumed the new role of chief operating officer of Five Below.

"Five Below is an amazing company with an incredible growth runway driven by a talented and passionate team," Chipman said in the release.
