The Beaumanoir Group, a France-based fashion retail enterprise, is deploying Cegid's cloud-based unified commerce platform to enhance omnichannel and POS technology.
Beaumanoir's brands include Cache Cache, Bonobo, Breal, Morgan and Vib's and encompasses 2,800 retail locations. The technology will help integrate its La Halle brand's 339 stores, according to a press release.
The technology will help accelerate the company's move into digital and omnichannel services.
"We've been working with Cegid for over 20 years and this partnership has played a key role in supporting our growth both in France and internationally," Benjamin Amice, managing director of the Beaumanoir Group, said in the release. "As retail has become omnichannel, Cegid's retail solution is at the heart of our buying, selling, supply chain and CRM, and we believe the platform will accelerate the relaunch of La Halle and the transition into the digital age of all the brands within the group."
The Cegid platform is helping to manage sales, customers and inventory, and the company's 900 store associates now have mobile devices to improve customer service, cut down on waiting times and improve efficiency.
