IAI debuts Scraawl 2.0 with expanded features

The latest Scraawl social network analytics tool used for brand monitoring and reputation management now boasts a few new features.

The Intelligent Automation Inc. technology, which is a cloud-based social media tool, allows enterprises to assess analytics related to engagement and customer research, according to an announcement.

"Our business case is focused on helping brands and agencies understand their global audience to better manage customer experience and public relations, drive strategic growth, and develop new clients," said Dr. Vikram Manikonda, president and CEO of Intelligent Automation Inc., in the announcement.
