Indian hospital services kiosk offers pay services, info

The Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited — Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, a public enterprise of the Ministry of Steel in India, has introduced an employee information kiosk at Visakha Steel General Hospital, according to steelguru.com. Sri KC Das, personnel director, said more services are being made online to improve employee services.

The 24/7 kiosk provides services such as accessing employee information, pay services, medical history and more. Employees can use the kiosk for making complaints, filling out online applications and other services. More kiosks will be installed based on utilization.
