Jirafe announces predictive commerce intelligence platform Insight

Jirafe, Inc., a provider of predictive analytics and commerce intelligence software for e-commerce businesses, has introduced a general release version of its Insights platform. With the release, online merchants can get answers about their customer, marketing, and merchandising data and take action on what they learn in seconds, the company said in a press release.

According to the company, Jirafe’s Insights features a visualization interface that enables users to see their data in the form of answers. Nasty Gal, Dolls Kill, and Diamond Candles are among the brands announced to be using Insights at launch. Jirafe helps them to drill down on information such as what products should get top placement on their site, and which marketing channels bring them customers that spend the most over the lifetime of their relationship with those brands.

“Merchants need answers, not more data. They are actually drowning in data, but don’t have the tools to cut through the noise and get to the information that can really help them grow,” said Amit Shah, CEO of Jirafe. “We have revolutionized the way merchants can consume their data by taking the burden of data analysis off of the table, and serving it to them in a way that drives action.”

Jirafe’s new platform includes a number of features that enables users to analyze data in seconds by simply viewing pre-formatted, intuitive depictions of their data. In a few clicks, users can view information on repeat purchase rates, cohort performance, and product performance without having to sift through data, reports, Excel spreadsheets or cloud-based reporting solutions.
