Kate Hudson's Fabletics is enjoying fabulous growth

Jan. 6, 2017

Activewear brand Fabletics, co-founded by actress Kate Hudson, plans to launch 12 new retail locations this year.

The growth will give the online apparel player a total of 30 locations within 23 months of operation, according to a press release.

The first stores will debut in Texas, Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, Colorado and Oregon, states the release, which noted additional stores will open after July in Arizona, San Jose, and San Diego.

"Our inspiration for the store was clear and simple – we aimed to bring a hint of the active lifestyle elements that shape our customers' lives inside while keeping the main focus on our amazing product offering and delivering a seamless customer experience. Less is more," said Dustin Netral, senior VP of operations, in a release.

"Ultimately, the store was designed to enhance our overall brand experience, inviting customers in to touch, feel and see the high-quality fabrications, latest innovations and newest designs, while making it as easy as possible for them to shop the way they like."
