Kate Spade in sale negotiations, claims report

Kate Spade & Co. is reportedly negotiating a sale to Coach Inc., according to a Reuters report.

Reuters, citing anonymous sources, also reports Michael Kors Holdings is also interested in buying the iconic handbag and accessories brand. The brand, according to Reuters, has a potential market capitalization of $2.9 billion.
