Long Island Toys R Us stores closing in June

At least two Long Island Toys R Us stores will be shuttered by the second week in June given the retailer’s move into bankruptcy.

The closures are part of the iconic brand’s effort to end operations, according to a Newsday report.

Toys R Us Inc., a 70-year-old brand, had been operating a dozen locations on Long Island.
