More than half, 52.5%, of U.K. residents prefer online shopping due to its convenience and the fact they don’t have to deal with crowded stores. Of those preferring e-commerce, 28% cited convenience, 12% like shopping from home and 10% like the opportunity to avoid crowds, according to a WePack survey.
Yet 37% of those polled do still like to browse in physical stores, according to a press release on the findings.
