Most consumers will be shopping Cyber Weekend

Well more than half of consumers, 73%, plan to shop Cyber Weekend and 63% plan to purchase holiday gifts during the holiday sales event.

Those are findings from Numerator's "Five Predictions for This Year's Cyber Five Weekend," according to a press release.

Additional findings include:

• Over half plan to shop Black Friday (56%) and/or Cyber Monday (52%).
• 31% plan to shop the Saturday or Sunday after Thanksgiving, and 21% plan to shop on Thanksgiving.
• 40% plan to buy items they have been waiting to buy on sale, and 33% plan to purchase whatever catches their eye.
