Neiman Marcus data hack may involve 4.6M customer accounts

The Neiman Marcus Group is working with cybersecurity company Mandiant on a data breach that may have compromised 4.6 million customers.

The data involves names, credit card information and contact information, according to a New York Post report.

The hack took place in May 2020. The company said no brand credit cxards were impacted and no online customer accounts for Horchow or Bergdorf Goodman were breached.'

"At Neiman Marcus Group, customers are our top priority," Neiman CEO Geoffroy van Raemdonck said in a statement. "We are working hard to support our customers and answer questions about their online accounts. We will continue to take actions to enhance our system security and safeguard information."
