According to a recent survey of 1,052 consumers conducted by Deloitte LLP, 21 percent of consumer shoppers have used a web-enabled mobile phone to assist them in shopping. The survey also reported that 36 percent of those surveyed have used their phone to go to a website to shop for products or services.
