New York casino taps PARTech to monitor food operations

Turning Stone Resort Casino is using ParTech's SureCheck Food Safety and Task Management System to monitor food operations to ensure guest safety, according to a press release.

The New York casino, run by the Oneida Nation, had been using a manual, inefficient paper-based approach and wanted to automate its food safety checklist and refrigerator and cooler monitoring. With the PAR cloud-based solution, the casino now has 24/7 visibility of operations.

"SureCheck is a valuable addition to our culinary toolkit for ensuring food safety here at Turning Stone," Scott MacMaster, executive sous chef, Turning Stone Resort Casino, said in the press release. "The system allows us to continue exceeding our high standards for guests, as well as enabling our team members to work more efficiently."
