Nickelodeon theme park coming to Mall of America

The New York Times: The entertainment company Nickelodeon is opening its first theme park in the 4.2 million-square-foot Mall of America on March 15. The seven-acre theme park, called Nickelodeon Universe, will feature several rides inspired by hit television shows, including the SpongeBob SquarePants Rock Bottom Plunge, a roller coaster that features vertical lifts, spirals and 90-degree turns.
