Lisa Price has been named chief human resources officer for retailer Nordstrom, Inc.

Price, who has nearly three decades of retail and hospitality experience, will start her role on Nov. 6, according to a press release. She joins Nordstrom from Domino's Pizza, where she served as executive vice president and chief human resources officer since August 2019.

Price will support all aspects of human resources, including: recruitment and succession planning; learning and development; recognition and retention; diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging; and total rewards, according to the release.

Prior to her Domino's tenure, Price served as a member of the human resources team at Nordstrom from 2015 to 2019.

"I am thrilled to be rejoining the talented team at Nordstrom," Price said in the release. "Nordstrom has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to creating an innovative and inclusive workforce and culture, and I look forward to building on that critical work."

Price also spent more than 20 years at Starbucks supporting the company's rapid growth and global expansion in a variety of human resources roles.
