OpinionLab releases mobile feedback system

June 24, 2010

OpinionLab, provider of voice-of-customer (VOC) listening technologies, recently announced the launch of DialogCentral, a portable, universal feedback system. Via mobile app or website, consumers instantly send feedback directly to business owners, managers, and decision makers, so feedback about brick-and-mortar locations can now be collected, interpreted and managed in real time.

"The consumer voice has never been stronger, given the proliferation of blogs, review sites, and social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter," said Rand Nickerson, CEO of OpinionLab. "But in commenting on customer experience, many people prefer to talk to businesses or brands directly. The DialogCentral mobile-feedback tool provides one centralized interface for feedback about any business, submitted at anytime, from anywhere. We deliver that input directly to the people in charge, so for the first time ever, you can share immediate and direct feedback while shopping, dining, traveling, or even waiting in line at the bank. It brings the streamlined, real-time power of digital feedback technology to the palm of your hand."

According to the company, after navigating to the DialogCentral mobile site or downloading the free app from the iTunes store, consumers select a business from a geolocator list and submit ratings and open-text comments through the simple, dynamic comment card. DialogCentral captures and delivers that consumer feedback to the selected business, allowing brands to collect intelligence on customer experiences, assess trends and act swiftly to address any issues or opportunities.
