L.L. Bean is getting ready to open its first Michigan location by summer with a 14,000-square-foot store in Clinton Township.
The outdoor retailer said the location is choice given the community’s enthusiasm for enjoying nature.
"People in the Macomb County area love their outdoor activities," stated Ken Kacere, L.L. Bean's senior VP and general manager of retail, in an announcement, according to Crains Detroit. The store will be located at the Mall at Partridge Creek between retailers Pandora and Lush.
Paddling and fishing on the Clinton River and Lake St. Clair, as well as biking on the Clinton River Trail, are top activities for local residents, according to Crains Detroit.
