Parker’s Kitchen expanding in South Carolina’s Grand Strand

Parker's Kitchen convenience brand is expanding its footprint to the Grand Strand area in South Carolina.

The company began with one store in 1976 in Georgia and now has 100 locations across the southeast, according to a WMBF News report.

It plans to open 100 stores by 2029 with 20 of those in the Grand Strand area, including Conway, Georgetown and Charleston. The strategy includes launching nine of those 20 stores in the next year.

'We really want to be here. It's an exciting community," Owner and Founder Greg Parker told the news outlet.
