Raydiant Inc., a provider of in-location experience solutions, has partnered with self-service kiosk provider Tyme Commerce to meet the needs of brick-and-mortar customers, according to a press release. The kiosks can be customized as interactive marketing displays or self-service ordering kiosks or both — switching between the two functionalities as desired.
Raydiant customers can use the interactive Tyme platform via a Raydiant-enabled touchscreen or a floor-standing or countertop kiosk.
The Tyme app integrates into Raydiant's in-location experience platform and can be accessed straight from the Raydiant dashboard.
"Tyme delivers on all fronts: it gives brick-and-mortars a way to engage with in-location customers at a whole other level — one that provides personalized customer service in a virtual environment," Raydiant CEO Bobby Marhamat said in the release.
